Payment Plan Application
We understand that not everyone can afford to pay for their admissions all at once. This is why we are offering a new option of selecting to do a payment plan on your admissions tickets. The payment plan must be applied for using the form below. Please read the information below prior to applying for this option.
Payment Plan 1
This plan will allow you to pay a 25%, non-refundable down payment, and three additional refundable installments of 25% over the next three months.
Payment Plan 2
This plan will allow you to pay a 50% deposit. Of this deposit 15% will be non-refundable. You will then pay 33% over the next three months.
All payments will be handled via the website with a private page created for your account. You will be given access to this page via a private web address. Please ensure all data entered on this form is correct as any mistakes may delay your approval for this application/program.
**Note: You will have two weeks from the acceptance of your application to pay your deposit. After that your next payments will be due within 4 weeks from the first payment, and following. If you miss more than one payment you will be removed from the payment plan, and will be required to pay in full or will be given a refund minus the non-refundable amount listed above!
**Note 2: Please ensure you have entered the same email address you have used or will use to create your account. You will be emailed your private link, and also your password to access the page.
**Note 3: Please do not purchase your tickets until you are sent your private page code and password! Doing so you will not be able to get your promotional rate!
