WICFEST OF CHATTANOOGA IS NOW LOOKING FOR VENDORS!
We have gotten a lot of emails asking about vending at WicFest, and we wanted to detail a little bit about how we are going to work this aspect of the event. Even though we haven’t selected specific dates yet we would like to start the process of collecting names of vendors. (For those that are okay with tentative dates we are looking at September 21-24, 2017, we will confirm these as soon as possible.)
We have done away with the pre screening detailed below!
So to detail how we are doing the pre-screening. We are asking that all vendors give us a little bit of information about their vending booth, and also send in some pictures of their booths. Our organizers will look over what you send in, and then once the dates are confirmed we will begin sending out welcome emails. You will not need to send any payment until you receive the welcome letter. Our vendor’s fee for this year is $100, and includes your cabin space, vendor’s booth, one assistant, and all the normal attendance items such as food. At this time we are looking to provide every vendor a private cabin, but it could be possible that we may have to double up on cabins if we have a lot of interest from the vending community.
Another request that we are making for this event is that vendors donate one item for a raffle which will be held during the event. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to one of two charities, pagan charities, yet to be selected.
